For centuries the Aosta Valley beekeepers have exploited every particularity of the Alpine territory. To produce a unique and inimitable honey, beekeepers bring the hives to extreme altitudes up to almost 2.000 mt, above the tree line, where the only flowers that can be harvested are the wild ones of the high mountains. A real delicacy for bees, which in return produce the most exquisite honeys in Europe.
